Finding in 03/2010 for defendant (PATH); jury concluded that plaintiff’s lung cancer was due to 31 years of smoking, not to asbestos exposure. Provided support for expert report. Case disposition unknown.
Do v. Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corp (PATH), Docket No. MID-L-719-10 (2010). Client: PATH. Plaintiff alleged that she contracted mesothelioma from washing husband’s clothes. Provided support for expert report and deposition preparation. Case settled out of court.
Zangari v. G&I Energy LLC, R&P Drywall Corp., Roger Perez and New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company; Docket No. MRS-L-936-17. Client: Zangari. Plaintiff alleged health effects and property damage due to misapplied spray foam insulation. Wrote expert report for Plainfiff + deposition.
